College Prep Crunch Time for Seniors!

Graduation is just around the corner! However, this is not the time to get a case of "senioritis", it is the time to prepare for college. So seniors, here are some suggestions on what you need to be thinking about in your last semester as a high school student.

  • Take or Retake the ACT/SAT -you want to get the highest score possible.

  • Apply to ALL of the colleges that interest you.

  • Stay focused on on school. Even though this is the down hill slope, you still need to stay on top of your school work.

  • If you haven't already, start to think of careers that you are interested in and that you can see yourself doing.

  • Attend extra curricular activities and volunteer in your community.

  • Compose a resume (this is where all the extra curricular and community service will benefit you)!
